Shaker tables

Tables after the simple style of nineteenth-century Shakers, though my sense of Shaker style is filtered through the work of modern craftsmen like Christian Becksvoort. The one-drawer side table is a standard; the three-drawer console was a more challenging build (there’s more under the hood than you may think!).

One non-traditional touch of my own is the hardware. The Shakers turned their own knobs; I like these hammered black iron knobs from Whitechapel Ltd.
