A goldfinch grasps the stem of a flower in a garden and looks intently for seeds.
Carved by hand with a chip-carving knife and finished with shellac. The frame is also hand-carved before finishing with milk paint and walnut oil. Measures 5×5 inches (roughly 6×6 framed).
